2. ARkid products and services

The use of ARkid Studio, ARkid Catalogue, ARkid Creator (the AI virtual photo studio inside Catalogue), ARkid In-Store and every other ARkid service is governed by the individual contracts agreed for it, such as order forms, partner and SaaS agreements and data processing agreements. These terms do not replace or change those contracts.

3. Content and availability

The information on this website is general information about ARkid and its products. We take care to keep it accurate and up to date, but we give no warranty that it is complete, correct or current.

Prices, plans and product descriptions on this website are not a binding offer. What applies is what we agree with you in a contract.

Products shown in 3D or AR previews may differ in technical details from the variants sold in shops. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and the information on the packaging.

We may change, interrupt or discontinue the website or parts of it at any time.

4. Using this website

Use the website only in a way that does not harm it or other visitors. In particular, do not try to get around its security measures, do not put it under load with automated mass requests, and do not use the contact form to send advertising or other unsolicited messages.

5. Intellectual property

Text, images, illustrations, videos, 3D models, layout, trademarks and logos on this website belong to ARkid Technologies GmbH or its licensors, unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright and other rights.

You may view the website and print or save pages for your own, non-commercial use. Copying, scraping, redistributing or otherwise using content for commercial purposes requires our written permission.

Names, logos and products of clients, brands and other companies shown on this website belong to their respective owners.

6. Links and embedded content

This website links to external websites. We have no influence over their content and accept no liability for it; the provider or operator of a linked page is always responsible for its content. If we learn that a linked page contains unlawful content, we remove the link.

Some pages embed live 3D and AR viewers from ARkid Catalogue at catalogue.arkid.app. The products shown in them are those of the brands that list them.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For damage caused through slight negligence, we are not liable. Liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, such as liability under the Austrian Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. For disputes with businesses, the competent commercial court in Vienna has jurisdiction.

If you use the website as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you keep the right to bring or defend proceedings in the courts there.
