ARkid is a compact team headquartered in Bad Vöslau, Austria, with remote collaborators across Europe and consultants in Rotterdam, Boston and Melbourne. We work with 130+ brands and retailers in the baby and juvenile products industry: the calibre of clients is higher than the size of the team suggests.
Practitioner work, not theory.
ARkid sits at the intersection of 3D production, web engineering, retail technology and industry know-how. The work is concrete:
- A stroller model used by a brand and embedded by every authorised retailer
- An AR session that replaces a showroom visit
- A configurator that feeds back into merchandising decisions
The team is small enough that every hire changes the shape of the company. That is the honest deal: broader remit, higher ownership, less hand-holding.

3D Modelling Expert
Build the production-grade 3D twins brands sign off: strollers, car seats and nursery furniture, from CAD data, prototypes and reference photos, for the web, AR and film.
What you will do
- Model hard-surface and soft goods from CAD, prototypes and photo references
- Build PBR materials and every colourway variant from one base model
- Optimise twins for the web and AR (GLB, USDZ) without losing the hero look
- Review models with the brands' product teams and keep them current as products change
What you bring
- Several years of product or hard-surface modelling in Blender
- Clean topology, UVs and baking for real-time
- An eye for fabrics, plastics and metal, and for how a product really folds
- Unreal, Unity or Marmoset Toolbag are a plus
- Experience in XR and VR is an advantage
- Fluent English; German is a plus

- Represent ARkid at the industry's trade fairs and buyer meetings in the region
